Cool weather in the Southwest

In the Southwest, the weather was cool and overcast, with the degradation ending. Bordeaux recorded 12 °C in the morning and did not exceed 18 to 20 °C in the afternoon, with Toulouse experiencing similar temperatures. The polar air mass had swept away the hot Saharan air from these regions.
