Samsung has introduced the Galaxy A57, the flagship model in its A series, which sits below the more premium Galaxy S series. The Galaxy A57 brings only minor updates compared to the Galaxy A56, with Samsung emphasizing improvements in design and performance. One of the most notable changes is the device’s slim profile—just 6.9 mm thick, a slight reduction from the Galaxy A56. This makes it the thinnest Galaxy A model to date. It weighs 179 grams and is available in three colors: purple, blue, and gray. The phone features a large Super AMOLED Plus display, measuring over 6.7 inches, with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, which enhances the visual experience when scrolling or gaming. Under the hood, the Galaxy A57 is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1680 chip, paired with 128 GB of internal storage and a 5000 mAh battery, which should provide all-day usage on a single charge. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 6.0, and NFC for contactless payments. Samsung also promises long-term software support, with six major Android updates and six years of security patches. The camera system includes a triple rear setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. It can record 4K video at 30 frames per second. The phone also features an under-display fingerprint sensor and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The Galaxy A57 is currently available at a significantly reduced price of 289 euros, down from its original price of 549 euros—a discount of nearly 47.4 percent. While the listed price is 319 euros, users can apply a 30 euro coupon to bring the cost down further. This price drop marks a notable shift from the previous pricing strategy. The device is currently available for purchase at the online retailer Joybuy. However, users are advised to check for current promotions, as the offer mentioned in this article may no longer be active. An automatically updated table is provided to help users track the latest deals and availability for the Samsung Galaxy A57.
