Show highlights regional cuisine

From Monday, November 2 to Friday, November 6, 2026, the show La meilleure cuisine régionale, c’est chez moi will feature eight restaurant teams from the Occitanie region on M6. The program aims to showcase the unique culinary traditions and recipes that define the gastronomic identity of different areas.

Sète's restaurant participates

The Hérault department will be represented by a restaurant from Sète: Oh Gobie, located on the quasi Maximim-Licciardi. The restaurant's representatives, Gabriel and Aude, will attempt to convince chefs Yoann Conte and Mallory Gabsi with their dishes.

Competition format and prize

The prize for the competition is the title of Best Restaurant in the Region. The principle of the show is to discover the recipes and traditions that shape the gastronomic identity of the territories. The restaurateurs welcome the chefs and share with them their culinary universe, their tips, and the secrets of their specialties.

Progression to semifinals

The four restaurateurs who win their confrontations will advance to the semifinals, followed by a final featuring two challenges. The prize is the title of Best Restaurant in their region. Tune in from November 2 to 6, 2026, at 6:35 p.m. on M6.
