Event dates and locations

From October 16 to 18, the second edition of Vignobles en Scène will take place across multiple wine-growing regions in France. The event combines wine tasting with cultural activities, aiming to promote oenotourism beyond traditional harvest seasons.

Activities at the family estate

In the Marne Valley, Christine Sévillano will host events at the family estate, including a jazz concert, aroma workshops, and a vibrational tasting. The event is led by chef Hélène Darroze as its godmother.

Champagne house participation

In Champagne, eight destinations will participate, including the Piot-Sévillano champagne house. At Vincelles, the Piot-Sévillano champagne house will open on October 16 at 8 p.m. in the village's former school, now transformed into a reception cellar with views of the Marne Valley.

Jazz concert and vibrational tasting

Local singer Olivia Begyn will perform a jazz concert there, accompanied by a pianist, while the estate's cuvées will be served. Begyn will also be present on Saturday at 5 p.m. for a vibrational tasting that combines champagne and sound therapy.

Aroma workshop and Sunday activities

On the same day at 10:30 a.m., the "Aromas" workshop will offer attendees the opportunity to identify fruits, flowers, spices, and savory notes before a final playful tasting. On Sunday, the house will remain open for tastings, with a champagne bar and gourmet picnics set up facing the vineyards.
