At IFA 2026, Lenovo introduced two new laptops featuring Nvidia's RTX Spark chips, offering high-performance computing and graphics capabilities. These models, the Yoga Pro 9n and Yoga 9n 2-in-1, had been previously announced in June at Computex, but details about their configurations were limited. Now, Lenovo has provided full specifications for both devices, highlighting their advanced features and performance options. The Yoga Pro 9n can be configured with either a full RTX Spark chip or a less powerful version. The full version includes a "Grace" CPU with 20 cores and a "Blackwell" GPU with 6144 CUDA cores, while the lighter version features an 18-core CPU and 5120 CUDA cores. The laptop supports up to 128 GB of LPDDR5X-9400 memory, accessible to both the CPU and GPU. The RTX Spark chip operates within a thermal design power (TDP) range of 45 to 80 watts, allowing for flexible performance tuning based on usage needs. The Yoga Pro 9n is equipped with a 15.3-inch touch OLED display that offers QHD+ resolution (2560x1600 pixels) and a dynamic refresh rate of 48 to 165 Hz. The screen supports a wide range of color spaces, including DCI-P3 and sRGB, and reaches an HDR peak luminance of 1100 cd/m², ideal for high-quality visuals. Storage options include two M.2 2242 SSD slots, with a maximum capacity of 4 TB, and the laptop includes a 92.5 Wh battery, multiple ports, and a slim, lightweight design measuring 16.7 mm in thickness and weighing 1.65 kg. The Yoga 9n 2-in-1 also offers RTX Spark configurations, but with slightly lower performance and storage limits compared to the Yoga Pro 9n. It supports up to 64 GB of LPDDR5X-9400 memory and has a maximum thermal envelope of 70 W. The device features a 16-inch 2.8K (2880x1800 pixels) touch OLED screen with a dynamic refresh rate of 30 to 120 Hz. It includes up to 2 TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage and a 99.9 Wh battery, the largest allowed in a laptop. The Yoga 9n 2-in-1 is slightly thicker and heavier than the Yoga Pro 9n, with a chassis of 17.5 mm and a weight of 1.94 kg. Both models include a 9.2 megapixel webcam compatible with facial recognition and a haptic keyboard similar to those found on Apple's MacBook and MacBook Pro. Lenovo has not yet announced specific prices or release dates, but the devices are expected to launch this autumn. These new laptops represent a significant step forward in portable computing, combining powerful hardware with advanced display and design features.
