The second wave of products from the Pokémon 30th-Anniversary Expansion is set to launch at the beginning of October, with Amazon starting to accept pre-registration requests. This comes after a surge of interest on September 16, when the first wave of products became available. Collectors now have a new deadline to keep an eye on for restocks of the initial boxes, as the second wave promises new and varied formats to add to their collections. The second wave includes three different formats: a bundle with six boosters, mini tins containing ten models split between Day and Night themes, and a binder with five boosters and a special 30th-anniversary themed cover. The bundle is seen as the most complete option in this wave, offering only boosters without any promotional cards or extra accessories. The mini tins, on the other hand, include two boosters, a sheet of stickers, and an artistic card that reproduces an illustration from the box. Collecting all ten illustrations allows fans to recreate two complete scenes, adding a creative element to the collection. The binder format is designed to be practical for collectors who are just starting out or want to organize their cards. It includes five boosters and a binder that matches the 30th-anniversary theme. If a collector already owns a binder, they can get an additional booster, making it a useful format for building and maintaining a collection. Later in the autumn, the largest Pokémon 30th-anniversary boxes, known as Ultra-Premium boxes, will be released in both Day and Night versions. These boxes, priced over 200 euros, contain 29 expansion boosters, a special Classic Collection booster with three cards, promotional cards, a playing mat, and other accessories. The Classic Collection features 30 iconic cards, including the famous Charizard from the Base Set. The expansion also includes 30 Pikachu illustrations, with one guaranteed in each booster. A new "futuristic rare" rarity has been introduced, signed by Japanese artist YOSHIROTTEN. Additionally, there is a hunt for three special Mew "RGB" cards—available in red, green, and blue, also illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN. These secret cards are already highly sought after, with some resales reaching several thousand dollars.
