How to Retrieve the Free Content

To claim the free pack, players must launch The Sims 4 and be logged into their EA account. They can find the gift in the marketplace, either through the Discovery page in the Free section or by using the Free filter on the Browse page.

Claiming and Downloading the Pack

Once the Coach pack is selected, a button labeled "Buy with moola" will appear with a price of 0 moola. Players should select this button, confirm the purchase, and then download the gift if possible. Returning to the main menu before restarting the game ensures the new content is ready for use.
