New mobile package launched

SFR has introduced a new mobile package priced at 19.99 euros per month, which includes 200 GB of internet data usable on 4G and 5G networks, along with unlimited calls. The package is designed to accommodate a wide range of uses, including on-demand video, online games, music, video calls, and unlimited access to social networks.

Generous data allowance

According to the Arcep, the average monthly data consumption in France is less than 20 GB, making the 200 GB offering particularly generous. This is significantly more than the typical usage, allowing for heavy use of data-intensive applications and services.

International data and communication

The package includes 100 GB of data available across the European Union, the DOM (Departments of Overseas France), Switzerland, and Andorra, making it suitable for cross-border users. In addition to internet data, the package offers unlimited calls and SMS to Metropolitan France, Monaco, and the DOM, as well as unlimited MMS to Metropolitan France and Monaco.

Communication options and phone purchase benefits

It also provides unlimited calls, SMS, and MMS between the European Union, the DOM, Switzerland, and Andorra. Users can choose between a SIM card and eSIM. The package includes the Plus Smartphone program, which offers up to 100 euros in reductions on the purchase of a new mobile, along with possible buyback bonuses if an old model is resold.

Payment and support options

Payment facilitation is also available, allowing users to spread the cost of a new phone over several months without additional fees. Assistance with device configuration, including SIM card activation, contact transfer, and payment method activation, is available in stores for up to 30 days after purchasing a smartphone.

Phone replacement and TV access

SFR also offers a free replacement phone in case of breakdown, loss, damage, or theft of the current smartphone, without requiring an additional insurance contract. The package includes privileged access to SFR TV, which provides access to 130 channels for free, allowing users to watch programs live or in replay.

Continuity across devices

Users can start watching a program on their smartphone while traveling and continue it on a tablet or television at home. The package is compatible with SFR Multi, a program that allows eligible SFR Box subscribers to receive a 5 euro monthly discount.

Family and multi-device benefits

Savings increase if the entire family is equipped with the package, with up to 10 mobile packages that can be associated to reduce costs further. Subscriptions to a second box or the Secure Home program also offer additional discounts. SFR Multi allows for the sharing of gigabytes, with a parent's unused data capacity being available to children, up to a maximum of 100 GB.

International data sharing

The sharing can be managed through the application, works internationally, and is available automatically or upon request. This feature provides flexibility for families with members in different locations or traveling abroad.
