Free offers new mobile package

Free is introducing a mobile package that includes 110 GB of 5G data for 12.99 euros per month for the first year. This package is available directly on the Free website and includes several additional features such as unlimited calls, SMS, and MMS in France.

Package details and upgrades

The package also includes 30 GB of data in Europe and the DOM, the eSIM Watch option for smartwatches, the Free mVPN service, and the Free TV app with access to over 300 channels. After the first twelve months, the package automatically upgrades to the Free 5G+ package at 19.99 euros per month, which includes 350 GB in France and 35 GB in over 115 destinations.

Costs and network coverage

The SIM card or eSIM costs 10 euros when ordered, and number portability is free. According to the Arcep, the average subscriber consumes 18.3 GB per month. Free's network has the best 5G coverage for the population, with 88.61% coverage according to the nPerf barometer from September 2026.

eSIM Watch and security features

The eSIM Watch option allows a compatible smartwatch to connect to Free's network independently, enabling calls, notifications, and certain applications without needing a smartphone nearby. The Free mVPN service secures the connection in France, especially on public Wi-Fi networks.

Free TV app and number portability

The Free TV app includes more than 300 channels with replay and live control, as well as Free Ciné with 500 films and 1,000 episodes of series available for free, funded by advertising. To keep your phone number when changing packages, you can call 3179 free to get your RIO number and provide it when ordering the package. The new operator will then be responsible for transferring your mobile phone number for free to the new line.
