Xiaomi, best known for its smartphones and smartwatches, has expanded its product range to include a variety of everyday tools, including the Xiaomi Portable Electric Air Compressor 2 Pro. This device is designed to quickly inflate car tires, bicycle wheels, scooters, skateboards, and even sports balls. It is now available at a reduced price on Cdiscount, making it a more accessible option for consumers looking for a reliable portable air compressor. The device can reach a maximum pressure of 150 PSI (about 10.3 bars), which is sufficient for most standard inflation needs. The Xiaomi Portable Electric Air Compressor 2 Pro is a compact device with dimensions of approximately 15.2 x 10 x 6.3 cm and a weight of nearly 900 grams. While it is no longer as small as previous models, it remains easy to carry in a backpack, car glove compartment, or garage drawer. Compared to its predecessor, it has more than doubled in size to accommodate a larger battery and more powerful motor, which contributes to its improved performance and speed. In terms of performance, this compressor is a significant upgrade. It can reinflate a car tire from 2 to 2.5 bars in just 45 seconds, which is much faster than the previous model's 2 minutes. It also includes preset modes for cars, bicycles, motorcycles, and balls to ensure accurate inflation. Once the desired pressure is reached, the device automatically stops, reducing the risk of overinflation. These features make it a versatile and user-friendly tool for various situations. While the compressor is fast and efficient, it is also notably noisy during operation. However, Xiaomi has included practical safety features, such as LED lighting for use during nighttime emergencies and a red light signal on the screen to warn other drivers in case of a breakdown. These additions enhance the device’s utility, especially in unexpected situations. The Xiaomi Portable Electric Air Compressor 2 Pro is currently available at a discounted price of 64 euros on Cdiscount and also on Amazon, making it an attractive option for those in need of a reliable, high-performance portable air compressor.
