AliExpress offers discounted Google Pixel 10a

AliExpress is selling the Google Pixel 10a at a reduced price during its Singles Day promotion, which lasts from November 1st to November 18th. The smartphone is available for 325.76 € using the code 11FR60, down from its previous price of 389 € and significantly below its original 549 € launch price for the 128 GB version.

Pixel 10a specifications and features

The Pixel 10a is the most affordable model in the Pixel 10 family and uses the Tensor G4 chip, the same processor found in the Pixel 9a. It includes a 6.3-inch OLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 5100 mAh battery, and features a screen that is 11 percent brighter than the Pixel 9a and readable in full sunlight.

Camera and connectivity features

The Pixel 10a has a 48 Mpx main sensor with optical stabilization, a 13 Mpx ultra-wide-angle lens, and supports 4K video recording at 60 frames per second. It also includes IP68 certification for water and dust resistance and the ability to send satellite SOS messages in emergencies.

Performance and software support

In testing, the Pixel 10a received an overall score of 8/10, with top marks for software and updates at 10/10 and 9/10 for the screen and battery life. However, it struggled with demanding games like Genshin Impact, failing to maintain 60 frames per second in medium quality settings.

Market position and competition

The Pixel 10a is marketed as a long-term option with seven years of software support, appealing to users seeking a durable smartphone without frequent upgrades. It faces competition from the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro at 529 € and the Honor 600 at 554.99 €, while the Honor Magic 8 Lite offers a more budget-friendly alternative at 279 €.

Promotion details and user advice

The promotion runs until November 18th, and users are encouraged to check the available storage capacity before applying the discount code to ensure the offer applies to their chosen model.
