Festival dates and location set

The 16th edition of the Fête Vos Jeux festival will take place on November 7 and 8 at the multi-purpose hall of La Roselière in Montbéliard, France. The event is organized by the association La Croisée des Jeux and will feature over 200 game tables, tournaments, prizes, and two new escape games.

Event aims to promote board games

The festival aims to provide an opportunity for attendees to discover new board games or rediscover classics. It will include a variety of activities designed to appeal to both newcomers and experienced players of board games.

Special activities for children and families

Among the highlights is "Wolves of Thiercelieux," a "life-sized" game supervised by animators. A dedicated space for children aged 4 to 8 with adapted board games will be available, alongside a "games for all" area offering party, strategy, and thinking games for families.

Escape games tailored for different audiences

Escape game enthusiasts will find an immersive experience tailored to different audiences. Visitors can choose between an adult-focused format with "more challenging" riddles or a version designed for younger participants. Both formats are said to encourage reflection and teamwork across age groups.

Tournaments and shopping available

Tournaments are planned for the two days, with prizes to be awarded in a "friendly atmosphere." Three sales points will be open on-site to purchase accessories or board games. The Roselière hall is located at 21 rue du 19 novembre in Montbéliard (Doubs). The venue is accessible by car with free parking nearby or by bus via line 1 at the Roselière stop.
