Singapore Airlines is introducing a new dining experience called SIA Chefs' Selection, which includes over 100 new or updated appetizers, main courses, and desserts created by the airline’s chefs and guest chefs. This menu blends regional specialties, reimagined classics, and innovative new dishes. The airline emphasizes the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers whenever possible. These meals will be available across all travel classes, from economy to first class. In the premium cabins—Suites, First Class, and Business Class—meals will be served on custom-designed tableware made by Christofle, a renowned French luxury brand. The design incorporates an interpretation of the batik pattern, a traditional textile art form associated with Singapore Airlines. The beverage selection is also being refreshed, with new additions to the wine, champagne, and spirits menu, along with a wider variety of non-alcoholic drinks. Some dishes will have special presentations in Suites and First Class, accompanied by drink suggestions from the crew. The new dining and service offerings will be rolled out gradually, beginning in November 2026. This update is part of a larger transformation of Singapore Airlines’ travel experience. The changes include a redesigned cabin layout, an upgraded version of the airline’s KrisWorld entertainment system, and the introduction of high-speed internet connectivity for passengers. The full range of improvements will be unveiled in Singapore during November 2026. These enhancements aim to elevate the overall passenger experience, reflecting Singapore Airlines’ commitment to innovation and quality in air travel.
