Price cut for Google Pixel Watch 4

Boulanger has reduced the price of a specific model of the Google Pixel Watch 4, the 45 mm Bluetooth version in Argent/Porcelaine, from 449 € to 249 €, a reduction of 44 %. The watch was originally launched in autumn 2025 at a starting price of 499 €.

New features in the Pixel Watch 4

The Pixel Watch 4 was announced in August 2025 and features an enlarged screen, improved battery life, and for the first time in a smartwatch, an emergency satellite call function. The model is currently available for purchase and delivery by Boulanger, with free shipping and extended return period until January 31, 2027.

Enhanced display and battery performance

The watch includes a 360 Actua screen with 10 % more usable surface area and a brightness of 3,000 nits for readability in sunlight. It offers up to 40 hours of battery life in the 45 mm version and can recover 50 % of battery charge in 15 minutes.

Additional features and usability

It includes a dual frequency GPS, fall and accident detection for athletes, and water resistance up to 50 meters, allowing for swimming. The Pixel Watch 4 also has reduced borders by 15 %, maintaining its round format while providing more display space. In daily use, it centralizes notifications, sleep and activity tracking, and benefits from an improved speaker and haptic motor for better interaction with the Gemini assistant.

Limitations and exclusivity

However, the watch remains exclusive to Android smartphones, excluding iPhone users. The Bluetooth version also relies on the phone for calls and data when on the move, and while its battery life has improved, it still lags behind sport watches that can last a week.

Internally, Google uses a Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 paired with a Cortex-M55 coprocessor to handle background tasks, contributing to improved battery efficiency compared to the previous generation. The watch is marketed towards Android users seeking an elegant, well-integrated smartwatch with Gemini, rather than a dedicated sport watch.
