Exhibition highlights urban photography

Until 31 October, the Tourism Office of Tours is hosting the exhibition Lumières // Parallèles, created by photographers Caroline Gasch and Gin Pineau. The exhibition explores city life through their contrasting visual styles, presented by MUZZE Art.

Artists share a common theme

The exhibition is not just a collection of photographs but a dialogue between two distinct artistic approaches. The images interact through color, shape, and the urban settings they capture, creating a unified experience despite their differences.

Collaboration stems from shared interest

The idea for the exhibition came from the artists' professional collaboration with common clients. They discovered a mutual fascination with urban environments, even though their methods of capturing the city differ significantly.

Diverse perspectives on the city

Gin Pineau notes that while both artists focus on the city, they approach it from different angles. This contrast became the foundation for the exhibition, where their photographs are displayed together to highlight their unique yet complementary visions.
