Kuoni has launched a new brochure focusing on Japan, offering a variety of travel options such as guided tours, individual travel, excursions, and cultural or food-related experiences. Two guided tours are highlighted: Paisible parenthèse japonaise, part of the Essentiel range, which connects Tokyo, Lake Kawaguchiko, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima, and Miyajima. Another is Impressions nippones, from the Mythique range, a small-group tour for 6 to 12 travelers that includes activities like a gold leaf initiation, a matcha workshop, and explorations of samurai and ninja history. The individual travel option lets travelers create their own schedule with a pre-organized itinerary, including reserved train rides and accommodations, along with French-speaking support available daily. The brochure features several themed itineraries around Tokyo and Kyoto, focusing on food, castles and gardens, Hiroshima and Miyajima, the Japanese Alps, and the Japan Sea coast. A unique feature is the inclusion of eight combinable getaways, allowing travelers to build an itinerary based on their preferences, dates, and comfort level. Proposed destinations include Mount Fuji and the Owakudani Valley, Lake Kawaguchiko, Kyoto and Tokyo, Mount Koya, the castle route, Hiroshima and Miyajima, the Japan Sea, or the Japanese Alps. Kuoni handles the connections between different parts of the trip and offers flights departing from France according to customer dates and preferences. Additional excursions and experiences that can be reserved before departure include sushi workshops, saké tastings, tea ceremonies, gourmet visits to Osaka, and explorations of Nikko, Kamakura, and Nara. To support the brochure launch, Kuoni highlights less-visited areas under the theme Un autre visage de l'archipel, which includes Kinosaki Onsen, the Tottori dunes, Matsue, Okayama, and Kurashiki. Another itinerary, Des montagnes aux cités impériales nippones, connects Kanazawa, Shirakawa-go, and Takayama to Kyoto and Tokyo. A promotional offer is available for bookings made between October 1 and November 15, 2026, offering a 500-euro discount per booking for Kuoni Japan trips of at least five nights. The offer is not retroactive. In addition to the Japan brochure, Kuoni has also released an Egypt 2027 brochure and a special edition dedicated to Mauritius and Rodrigues. The Egypt brochure includes Egypt, the call of the desert, a tour focused on the White and Black Deserts and their oases. The Mauritius and Rodrigues special edition offers a 300-euro reduction per booking for reservations made until October 31, 2026, on a wide selection of hotels, including Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort, LUX* Belle Mare, Constance Belle Mare Plage, The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa Mauritius, La Pirogue, and Zilwa Attitude. The selections cover all-inclusive stays, family vacations, honeymoons, adults-only establishments, golf, and spas. Kuoni also notes that until October 17, 2026, travel agents making reservations on the Group Kuoni France brochures can benefit from a 50-euro gift card and participate in a draw offering seven trips.
