Big Brother star Charlotte Nott has confirmed she is leaving the show. The 18-year-old student from Oxford is believed to have left the ITV House this afternoon, becoming the first participant to voluntarily leave since the reboot began in 2023. Charlotte was the youngest of the 2026 batch of housemates but quickly made an impression with her lively personality and ability to stand her ground during arguments with other cast members. On the show’s launch night, her entrance sparked online discussions about accessibility after a shoe malfunction forced her to remove her prosthetic legs and enter the compound without them. At the time, many viewers argued that ramps or other accommodations should have been available, while a Big Brother spokesperson stated that Charlotte’s arrival had been rehearsed and that she had chosen to use the stairs. After two weeks in the chaotic House, Charlotte, who lost her arms and legs at age three due to meningitis, has decided to leave. A spokesperson said: "Charlotte has made the decision to leave the Big Brother House, and viewers will see her departure in tomorrow night’s show." A TV source told The Sun: "It’s been an absolutely crazy few days with the tennis balls, then chicken gate, then the eviction. Charlotte woke up this morning and decided the experience just wasn’t for her, and she’d rather be at home with family. She’s so grateful for the chance but made the decision to leave and is now on her way home." Her early exit comes just 24 hours after a live eviction, which saw housemate Chelsey Amari preparing to leave the House. Big Brother will continue tomorrow night on ITV.
