From October 22 to 25, 2026, the Bordeaux Classic will take place at the Parc des Expositions in Bordeaux, a major event showcasing hundreds of classic, sports, and luxury cars. The event will include rallies, contests, auctions, and parades, with highlights expected to surprise visitors. The chosen date falls during the All Saints’ holiday period, aiming to attract both a regional audience and visitors from across France, especially from Paris, where second homes are common in the Gironde region. Organizers hope the event will establish a major classic car fair in the Southwest that can rival other prominent classic car events in France. The Bordeaux Classic will be held at the Parc des Expositions, located in the lake district in the north of the city. A private evening for VIP guests and the media will take place on Thursday, October 22, starting at 6:30 PM. The fair will then open to the public from Friday, October 23, to Sunday, October 25, with operating hours from 10 AM to 7 PM on Friday and Saturday, and from 10 AM to 6 PM on Sunday. The event will feature a wide range of classic cars from the 1950s, GTs, sports cars, prestige vehicles, and luxury models, including youngtimers, which are currently highly sought after. More than 100 professional exhibitors, specialized dealers, restorers, artisans, and suppliers of products and services dedicated to classic cars are expected to participate. The program includes a private evening on Thursday, October 22, followed by a public opening on Friday, October 23, where visitors can discover the cars and attend the presentation of cars to be auctioned by the Car Collector Auction house. Saturday, October 24, will be dedicated to movement, with a rally and a large elegance contest. The Bordeaux Classic rally will start at 10 AM for a first loop on the emblematic roads of the Bordeaux region, with crews returning for lunch at the fair before a second loop in the afternoon and a prize ceremony scheduled for around 5:30 PM. The elegance contest, named the Bordeaux Classic Trophy, will gather about twenty of the most beautiful cars presented during the event, with a jury judging based on history, restoration, authenticity, and elegance. The award ceremony for the Bordeaux Classic Trophy is scheduled for 6 PM. On Sunday, October 25, the Car Collector Auction house will organize a major auction of classic vehicles at 11 AM. In the afternoon, a tour of Bordeaux in exceptional cars is announced starting at 4 PM, subject to authorization. The event is supported by Jean-François Texier, the originator of Deauville Classic, and aims to establish itself permanently in the national calendar of classic cars. The organizers hope to bring together both experienced enthusiasts and families looking for an outing during the All Saints’ holiday period. The event will take place in the halls of the Parc des Expositions, offering a setting that combines architectural heritage, lifestyle, and economic dynamism.
