Normandy Festival to showcase regional products

From 16 to 18 October, the Normandy Festival, known as Fêno, will take place at the Caen Exhibition Park, featuring 420 exhibitors across 25,000 square meters. The event aims to showcase the diversity of regional productions and skills, including local products, meetings with breeders, and culinary animations.

Event highlights regional pride and collaboration

Organized by the Normandy Region, the festival seeks to highlight the richness of the territory and connect visitors with those who create its products. Hervé Morin, president of the Normandy Region, stated that the festival was created to allow Normans to discover the full richness of the talents and skills around them while sharing a moment of celebration and joy.

Culinary focus at Hall 1

At Hall 1, the "L'Eau à la bouche" space will gather producers, food companies, and chefs around Norman gastronomy. Exhibitors will include the Isigny Sainte-Mère cooperative, highlighting its dairy expertise, and the Ru Paisible Farm, presenting sourdough breads made from cereals grown, milled, and processed on site, as well as vegetables transformed into sauces, pickles, and preserves.

New features and special events

On Saturday 17 October at 3 p.m., Norman chef Charlie Anne, a finalist of Top Chef 2025, will cook in duo with Pauline Gourlez, Miss Normandy 2026. A new feature of this edition, the Fêno Halle gourmande, located on the forecourt, will offer a tasting and dining space with four counters dedicated to regional industries.

Focus on farming and regional culture

Outside, the Fêno Farm will focus on farming, especially heritage breeds, which will be presented during the three days. The Normandy Breeds Federation will organize meetings with breeders to introduce these animals. The programming will also extend to culture, craftsmanship, innovation, and performances, with more than 50 hours of animations announced, emphasizing the professions, companies, and industries that contribute to the Norman identity.
