ZE Energy shares transferred

The Vert power plant, inaugurated in October 2025, combines 77 MW of photovoltaic solar power with 29.6 MWh of battery storage and supplies green electricity to Orange's infrastructure via a 15-year power purchase agreement (PPA).Location and capacity
Located on 67 hectares in the Landes, the Vert site combines a 77 MW photovoltaic power plant with a lithium-ion battery storage system of 29.6 MWh, capable of producing the equivalent of 90 GWh per year.ZE Energy's third project
Inaugurated in October 2025 after two years of construction, it is the third solar + storage power plant of ZE Energy, following two earlier realizations in the Loir-et-Cher.Strategic partnership
This entry into the capital is part of the development strategy of the French independent power producer (IPP): to generate financial partnerships that allow the reinvestment of capital into new projects, including in other geographies, to accelerate the deployment of its flexible assets platform.ZE Energy's vision
"With Vert, we show that storage changes the nature of a photovoltaic asset: it makes it flexible, controllable, useful to the electrical system. The entry of Crédit Agricole into the capital confirms that this flexibility is valued by financiers. It allows us to reinvest to deploy this model in France, in line with our strategic plan 2030," states Nicolas Wolff, president of ZE Energy.
