Anker, a well-known electronics company, has introduced a new product called the eufyMake fabric printer, which allows users to print directly onto fabrics or films. This innovation was showcased at IFA 2026, a major international consumer electronics trade show. The printer is designed as a "personal fabric printer" that can apply custom designs to a wide range of materials, from clothing to promotional items. It supports two main printing methods: Direct-to-Garment (DTG), which prints directly on fabric, and Direct-to-Film (DTF), which uses a film that is then applied to the fabric. The printer can also work with special-effect films, which can add textures or reflective qualities to printed items. The eufyMake fabric printer is designed to work effectively on both light and dark fabrics, ensuring consistent and high-quality results regardless of the material's color. Anker plans to release the printer in the first quarter of next year, but the exact price and release date have not yet been revealed. The device is compact enough to fit on a standard table and includes a large dashboard for managing print settings and other features. Anker is targeting the product at creators and individuals running small businesses or side hustles. The printer allows users to produce custom-branded items without needing to rely on external printing services, which can be costly or time-consuming. Additionally, Anker announced that the eufyMake brand will be phased out, with all products now being marketed under the main Anker name. Alongside the fabric printer, Anker also shared updates for its UV Printer E1, a model that gained popularity through a successful crowdfunding campaign last year. The E1 will receive new features, including bidirectional printing and faster print speeds, through a free over-the-air software update. These improvements aim to enhance the printer's versatility and efficiency for users who rely on it for various projects.
