Eva Longoria's docuseries Eva Longoria: Searching for France will premiere in the UK on BBC iPlayer on Sunday, September 27, at 7:15pm BST. The eight-part series explores the rich culinary traditions of France, with Longoria traveling to iconic regions such as Paris, Provence, Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Alsace. In Paris, she delves into the world of fine dining and patisserie, while in Provence, she investigates how the region continues to shape and redefine French cuisine. In Bordeaux, she examines the local wine culture, fresh produce, and sauces, and in Burgundy, she meets monks believed to have played a key role in the development of French agriculture. In Alsace, she explores the region's unique cuisine, which is influenced by its location between Germany and France. The docuseries was first released in the US in April and is now available for free on BBC iPlayer in the UK. In Australia, all episodes are accessible on SBS On Demand, and Canadian viewers can watch the series on Global TV. US audiences can view the series on HBO Max, Prime Video, or YouTube TV. The series is also available through the CNN app and website. A second season of Searching for France is already in production, with Longoria planning to visit regions such as Champagne and Lyon to explore their markets, kitchens, and vineyards. The Searching for franchise, launched by CNN in 2021, has won three Primetime Emmys and received 12 nominations. Earlier seasons of the series covered Italy, hosted by Stanley Tucci, and Mexico and Spain, hosted by Longoria. For UK viewers, the series is available for free on BBC iPlayer, but access requires a valid UK postcode and a TV Licence. Viewers outside the UK may use a virtual private network (VPN), such as NordVPN, to access the content. The series can be streamed on a variety of devices, including Amazon Fire, Android TV, Apple TV, Google TV, LG Smart TVs, PlayStation, Roku, Samsung Smart TVs, and more.
