The Pichet Group is speeding up the expansion of its hotel business, with five new properties planned for its All Suites network by 2026. The network includes a variety of accommodations, such as hotels, residences for tourists and business travelers, and housing for students and young professionals. Among the upcoming projects are the All Suites Appart Hôtel Val d'Europe in Serris, close to Disneyland Paris, which will have 201 rooms, and the All Suites Hôtel Chartres Centre Gare, with 99 rooms. The development also includes two student residences called All Suites Study, each with 80 rooms, located in Verrières-en-Anjou and Villenave-d'Ornon. In La Teste-de-Buch, the group is building Papato, a complex with 103 units designed for seasonal workers and co-living spaces. The group currently operates 32 properties and has several new projects underway. Other developments include Logis Hôtels, which plans to add 46 new hotels in France and Italy, and MEININGER Hotels, aiming for 50 properties by 2030. The Pichet Group has also recently opened two new All Suites hotels: All Suites Paris 13 Porte d'Italie and All Suites Hôtel Paris Pleyel, located on the site of the Athletes Village in L'Île-Saint-Denis. The group's portfolio spans multiple segments, from budget-friendly hotels and student residences to high-end hospitality. Since 2018, Pichet has been involved in the luxury market with properties such as the Radisson Blu Grand Hôtel & Spa in Malo-les-Bains, which has a four-star rating, and the Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes, a five-star hotel. Current projects include renovating the All Suites Study residence in Canéjan, starting work on a new hotel in Arcachon, opening All Suites Coliving in Talence, and expanding the Papato site in La Teste-de-Buch. New student residences are also planned in Metz, Bègles, Colombes, Bordeaux, and Le Havre. The Pichet Group aims to generate 121 million euros in revenue by 2030. According to Patrice Pichet, the group's president, the occupancy rate across all brands reached 79 percent in 2023. The group's total accommodation capacity is 5,600 beds, with a projected revenue of 83 million euros by 2026. Alongside this expansion, the group is committed to improving its environmental impact. More than half of its hotels currently hold the Clef Verte label, which recognizes eco-friendly practices. The goal is to label all establishments by the end of 2027. Efforts include managing waste, controlling water and energy use, and supporting local initiatives. Kamel Chaouche, who has been the national director of operations for the hospitality business since 2019, was appointed general director of this activity in September 2026. He now oversees a subsidiary entering a new phase of development.
