Dreame launches new air fryer model

Dreame has introduced the Tasti air fryer, a compact and modular kitchen appliance with a touchscreen control panel and two borosilicate glass containers measuring 2.5 and 4.5 liters. The device is currently available for 94 euros at Boulanger, a discount below its usual price of 119 euros.

Design inspired by existing models

The Tasti is modeled after the Ninja Crispi, a similar air fryer that uses a heating block placed directly on glass containers. However, the Tasti features a front-mounted touchscreen for adjusting temperature, launching pre-programmed cooking modes, and monitoring remaining cooking time.

Material and cleaning features

Unlike the Ninja Crispi, the Dreame Tasti does not use Teflon or non-stick coatings. Its containers are made entirely of glass, and the rack is constructed from stainless steel. All components, including the bowls, rack, and lid, are dishwasher-safe, though the heating block should be wiped with a damp cloth.

Cooking capabilities and settings

The Tasti has a cooking power of 1500 W and can be used for oil-free frying, roasting, grilling, reheating, and keeping food warm. It also releases a small amount of steam during cooking, with a compartment at the bottom of the bowl for adding 30 ml of water to keep meat tender. The 4.5-liter bowl can accommodate a whole chicken weighing about 1.5 kilograms.
