At the IFA 2026 technology trade show, Anker, a well-known Chinese electronics company, unveiled two new robotic vacuum cleaners under its eufy brand. These models, the high-end Omni E35 and the mid-range Omni C30 Edge, are designed to offer advanced cleaning capabilities for modern homes. Both devices feature a powerful suction force of 35,000 pascals (Pa), which is a unit of pressure used to measure the strength of the vacuum's cleaning power. Additionally, both models are equipped with anti-entanglement systems to handle pet hair and other debris that can cause traditional robotic vacuums to get stuck or require frequent maintenance. The Omni E35, priced at 999 euros and expected to be available from late September, stands out with its AeroTurbo Multi-Cyclone technology. This system uses multiple cyclones to separate dust and debris from the air, which helps keep the vacuum’s filters cleaner for longer and maintains consistent suction power over time. For wet cleaning, the device employs the HydroJet system, which continuously supplies a rotating mop with fresh water throughout the cleaning process. This system ensures that the water remains clean and effective from start to finish, while the mop can navigate over obstacles and door thresholds up to 30 millimeters in height. The Omni C30 Edge, priced at 699 euros, also delivers 35,000 Pa of suction power, but it uses the AeroTurbo 2.0 technology, which is designed to maintain steady suction while reducing the need for frequent cleaning of the dustbin and filters. For dry cleaning, the C30 Edge features the MopMaster 3.0 system, which includes two rotating mops that apply 10 newtons of pressure—enough to tackle even the toughest stains. These mops can extend up to 76 millimeters, allowing the vacuum to clean hard-to-reach areas like corners near furniture, walls, and baseboards. The device also includes a Zero-Tangle roller brush, which is fixed on one side to guide hair directly into the dustbin, preventing it from wrapping around the brush. A side brush automatically reverses its rotation when it detects trapped hair, helping the robot free itself without user input. The 300 euro price difference between the two models primarily reflects the differences in their cleaning systems. The Omni E35 uses a single mop continuously supplied with water, while the Omni C30 Edge employs a traditional dual rotating mop system. Both models, however, aim to provide efficient and low-maintenance cleaning solutions for households with varying needs and budgets.
