New food court concept introduced in Hérault

A new food court concept, inspired by famous street food markets like Camden Market in London and Time Out Market in Lisbon, is being established for the first time in the Hérault department in southern France. This model brings together multiple food vendors in one location, offering a diverse selection of cuisines.

Concept already active in several cities

The concept, which allows visitors to choose their meals from various stands before gathering around a shared table, is already present in several cities including Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Fréjus, La Garde, and Saint-Maximin. It has been well-received in these areas for its convenience and variety.

Future expansion plans announced

Additional locations are being considered for the food court concept, including Marseille, Villenave-d'Ornon, and La Seyne-sur-Mer. These expansions aim to bring the unique dining experience to more communities across the region.

Bessan food court offers diverse options

In Bessan, the new food court features a range of international cuisines, including Greek, American, Italian, and Spanish. Visitors can enjoy a variety of dishes, with three additional food stands expected to join soon, further expanding the menu options.

Concept aims to enhance group dining

The founders of the food court explained that the concept is unique within the Hérault department and is designed to make group dining more flexible. By allowing each person to select their own meal, the setup encourages everyone to gather around the same table and share the experience together.
