Eligibility and time frame

These benefits are available until November 2, 2026, for individuals opening their first Hello bank ! account with eligible options such as Hello One, Hello One Duo, Hello Prime, or Hello Prime Duo. The 80 euro bonus is given regardless of the account type and is issued upon account opening.

Gift card requirements

The 200 euro gift card is available to customers who open an account and subscribe to Hello Start+ between October 8 and January 11, 2027. To qualify, the service must allow informing at least one issuer of recurring direct debits or transfers from the original account, and the customer must agree to share their name, first name, and email with the service provider.

Hello Start+ is a free service offered as part of regulated banking mobility. It allows the transfer of information related to recurring transfers and direct debits to the new account, making it easier for customers to manage their financial obligations in one place.

Income requirements for Hello Prime

The Hello Prime offer is available to legally capable adults with a minimum monthly net income of 1,500 euros before tax. For the Hello Prime Duo account, the minimum monthly net income is 3,000 euros for all joint account holders.

Hello Prime benefits and conditions

The Hello Prime offer includes a physical and virtual card, as well as access to the Hello Extra benefit, which provides up to 50 euros of cashback per year. To qualify, customers must activate Hello Extra in the Hello bank ! app and meet the conditions of the program.
