Air France expands winter flight network
Air France has announced plans for up to 725 daily flights to around 170 destinations in 78 countries during the winter season of 2026-2027. North America will see a 6% increase in flight capacity compared to the previous winter, followed by the Iberian Peninsula (+5%), South America (+3%), and Asia (+2%). These increases refer to the number of available flights, not the actual number of passengers that will be transported.New destinations in North America
Air France will serve 23 destinations in North America this winter, including expanded services to Las Vegas, Orlando, and Boston. The North American network will include major cities such as New York (JFK and Newark), Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Washington, Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver, along with continued service to Mexico and Cancun.South America sees targeted growth
In South America, a 3% increase in flight capacity will particularly benefit Brazil. The Paris-Rio de Janeiro route will have two daily flights starting December 21, 2026. Fortaleza will be served daily during peak season, and additional flights will be added to Salvador de Bahia and Santiago, Chile.Asia focus on Thailand and the Maldives

Air France will continue installing its new La Première cabin, an ultra-premium class, on up to 25 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft this winter. This service will be available on routes to Boston, Miami, Houston, and New York-Newark.Free high-speed wifi rollout
The airline will continue deploying free high-speed wifi across its fleet, using the Starlink satellite network. As of now, 70% of Air France’s fleet has this feature, and the airline expects to reach 80% coverage by the end of 2026, with full coverage planned for early 2027.
