Technical incident on main stage

A technical incident occurred during the night of Thursday to Friday on the main stage of the Florilèges, an event venue in Le Tampon, France. The incident disrupted the planned activities and prompted immediate action from local authorities.

Support for affected individuals

The City of Le Tampon mobilized early on Friday morning to support those affected by the incident. Psychological listening devices were set up to provide emotional support to victims, witnesses, their relatives, and municipal agents involved in the response.

Stage reassembly and safety checks

The contractor responsible for the stage proceeded with its reassembly and conducted necessary checks following the findings of judicial authorities. These checks were closely supervised by two separate accredited engineering firms: one hired by the city and the other by the contractor.

Safety commission approval

The safety commission, which met on Saturday at 10 o'clock, issued a favorable opinion for the resumption of performances on the main stage. This approval allowed the event to continue with scheduled activities.

Resumption of performances

Performances will resume this evening with a humor evening featuring comedian Fary and local comedians. The event will continue with shows every evening until Sunday, October 18. The SIDR ticket office and fairgrounds will open at 13:00.

Rescheduled event

The Miss and Mister Tampon evening, which was initially scheduled for last night, has been rescheduled. The new date for the event will be communicated at a later time.
