Ceramic acquired by Musée d'Orsay

A new ceramic piece by Arthur Craco has been acquired by the Musée d'Orsay in Paris and added to its Art Nouveau collections. The acquisition was announced in early October by La Tefaf and the Musée d'Orsay.

Piece acquired from Brussels gallery

The piece was acquired from the Lancz Gallery in Brussels, which had displayed it at its stand in Maastricht during the spring. The gallery has been actively working to rediscover the work of Arthur Craco, a Belgian artist who has fallen into relative obscurity.

Exhibition of Craco's work ongoing

The gallery is currently hosting an exhibition until the end of the month, featuring approximately fifty of Craco's works, primarily ceramics, with a catalog available online. This follows a major monograph presented by the gallery in the fall of 2020, focusing on Craco's work.
