Event details for the Association Forum

More than 30 cultural, sports, environmental, and social associations will gather on Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 9 am to 8 pm on rue Koudjouni, opposite the M'tsangamouji beach, for the 9th edition of the Association Forum. This annual event is open to the general public, residents, families, and curious individuals.

Purpose of the forum

The forum allows attendees to meet the associations of the commune, discover their activities, and participate in various sports and cultural events. It also provides an opportunity for residents to register for the season, become volunteers, and for associations to showcase their work and exchange with the public and among themselves.

Recognition of local efforts

The event is part of a dynamic of proactive public action. On October 22, 2025, at the CNOSF in Paris, M'tsangamouji was awarded its third "Active & Sporting City" label, becoming the first commune in Mayotte to receive this distinction. The label recognizes an ambitious policy promoting sport for all, including initiatives such as Olympic and Paralympic week and local sports programs.
