Leapmotor is unveiling upgrades to its C10 electric SUV at the Paris show, with a focus on technical enhancements rather than new designs. The C10 now includes a new 81.9 kWh battery that operates at 800 volts, boosting its range to 519 kilometers—nearly 100 km more than the previous model. The vehicle’s power has also increased from 170 to 220 kW, with a new four-wheel drive version offering a total power of 420 kW and a range of 479 km. Prices for the C10 start at 39,550 € for the rear-wheel drive version and 41,550 € for the four-wheel drive version, both of which are only available in the high-end Design trim. The extended range version keeps its 162 kW motor and 145 km electric range but adds a 10% increase in boot capacity, from 400 to 440 liters. This version comes with a Life trim priced at 34,380 € and a Design trim priced at 35,880 €. Unlike the June update for the Chinese market, which included new front and dashboard designs, the C10 at the Paris show does not feature those stylistic changes. However, it does include a continuous light bar at the front, which is now activated on the Design trim. The Leapmotor stand also showcases the small SUV B03X and the city car B03, offering a broader look at the company’s current product lineup. The C10 also benefits from improvements to driving assistance systems and its infotainment system, LeapOS 4.0 Plus, which is displayed on a 14.6-inch screen. The system offers more responsive and intuitive integration of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless, a new voice assistant, and connected search capabilities with ChatGPT. These upgrades aim to enhance the user experience and provide greater connectivity for drivers.
