New model replaces predecessor

The SRS-XB100 has replaced the SRS-XB13 in Sony's product lineup. It is nearly identical to its predecessor but includes a new speaker design aimed at improving sound quality.

Features and performance

The SRS-XB100 offers balanced sound at moderate volumes, 360-degree sound dispersion, and a durable build. However, it lacks precision in high-mid and high frequencies and does not include advanced features like multipoint connectivity or an equalizer.

Battery life and improvements

While the SRS-XB100 provides slightly better sound control than the SRS-XB13, it has a noticeable reduction in battery life. It remains a compact and durable option for users seeking a portable speaker.
