PS5 and PS5 Pro get a new update

The Witcher 3 Remastered has received a new update specifically for the PS5 and PS5 Pro platforms. This update, version 5.01, includes a small additional patch focused on improving stability for these consoles.

Update excludes Nintendo Switch 2 for now

The latest patch for The Witcher 3 Remastered on PS5 and PS5 Pro includes various stability improvements. This so-called hotfix 5.01b brings only these changes to the PS5 and PS5 Pro versions of the game, pending potentially more significant updates before the arrival of the third expansion Songs of the Past.

Nintendo Switch 2 update still in development

Marcin Momot, director of communications at CD Projekt RED, mentioned that the 5.01 version for Nintendo Switch 2 is still in the works and should arrive as soon as possible. For now, only the PC, PS5, and Xbox Series versions of The Witcher 3 Remastered have received the benefits of the 5.01 update.

PS5 and PS5 Pro have received the hotfix

The PS5 and PS5 Pro consoles have received the hotfix 5.01b. Therefore, it will be necessary to come back later for the last hybrid console from Nintendo.
