Cuisinart has introduced a new line of air fryers called ClearView, featuring two models with capacities of 3.8 liters and 8.5 liters. These air fryers stand out due to their transparent walls and internal lighting, which let users see their food cooking without having to open the compartment. This design helps maintain consistent heat, as opening the basket on traditional air fryers can disrupt the cooking process and affect the final result. The larger model, the 9-in-1 ClearView air fryer (AFC9E), is designed for families and those who cook in bulk. It offers an 8.5-liter capacity and includes large transparent panels that provide a 280° panoramic view of the cooking compartment. The device can handle a 30 cm diameter pizza and reaches a maximum temperature of 230 °C, with temperature adjustments in 5 °C increments. It offers nine cooking functions, including air frying, roasting, grilling, and baking, as well as smart programs like Pizza and Keep Warm. The appliance also includes a favorite button to save preferred settings and a reminder to mix food for even cooking. The non-stick surfaces are coated with ceramic and are free of harmful PFAS chemicals, and they are dishwasher safe. The 9-in-1 model is priced at 139.90 euros. The second model, the ClearView air fryer with a 3.8-liter capacity (AFC4E), also features glass walls for visibility. In addition to an upper window, it includes a removable transparent glass basket that allows users to monitor the cooking process directly. This basket can even be taken to the table, reducing the need for additional dishware. The 6-in-1 model allows oil-free frying, roasting, grilling, cooking, keeping food warm, and restoring crispiness. It can reach a maximum temperature of 230 °C and includes a lid for storing leftovers in the glass container before reheating. The removable parts are also dishwasher safe. The 3.8-liter ClearView air fryer is available for 109.90 euros. Both models in the ClearView line aim to enhance the cooking experience by offering visibility and convenience, while also focusing on ease of use and safety. Their design reflects a growing trend in kitchen appliances that prioritize user interaction and efficiency.
