Recent reports suggest that Wonder Woman 3 will not be produced, according to actress Gal Gadot. She revealed that James Gunn and Peter Safran, who are now overseeing DC Studios, had initially promised her the development of the third film in the Wonder Woman series. However, she claims they later changed their stance, leading her to express disappointment with how the situation was handled. Gadot criticized the management of DC’s previous leadership, particularly referencing "the situation with Henry" — likely referring to Henry Cavill, who previously played Superman — and said it was not handled with "elegance." While she is now hesitant about the direction of the DC universe, she acknowledges that Gunn and Safran are pursuing their vision to reboot the franchise. In a separate development, CD Projekt Red is offering a free remastered version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt to those who already own the original game. The remaster includes enhanced lighting, improved gameplay mechanics, and refined skills, providing a more polished experience. The studio aims to generate revenue through upcoming paid downloadable content, Songs of the Past, which will support the development of The Witcher 4, scheduled for release in 2028. Meanwhile, Dragon Ball Super is set to undergo a complete rework of its beginning, with modernized animation and a reconstructed storyline. The updated version will debut in Japan on October 11, 2026, as part of Toei Animation’s efforts to revitalize the franchise. The project will include new dubbing and a revised soundtrack, with a focus on staying true to Akira Toriyama’s original work. Future adaptations, such as Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol, are also expected to be released in the coming years. These developments highlight ongoing changes in the entertainment industry, with studios reworking existing properties to meet new creative and technological standards, while also navigating the challenges of franchise management and fan expectations.
