Hakim Benotmane on AMF blacklist

Hakim Benotmane, an investor and influencer known for his appearances on M6's Patron incognito, is listed on the blacklist of France's Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This listing, visible on the AMF website, has become a central point of contention in his ongoing legal disputes.

Legal battle between Benotmane and Bourbon

Hakim Benotmane has filed a complaint against Anthony Bourbon, a rival investor featured in the show Qui veut être mon associé ?, accusing him of "provocation to suicide." The conflict began in the autumn of 2025 when Bourbon warned on social media about a "service mythomaniac" who sold his company for 100 million euros.

Social media clash turns legal

The dispute, initially confined to social media, escalated into a legal battle with both sides filing complaints. The Benotmane family recently filed a complaint in Paris against X (formerly Twitter), citing "mob cyberbullying," "provocation to suicide," and "violation of privacy." Anthony Bourbon and the collective Aid to Victims of Influencers (AVI) are among those targeted.

Bourbon’s legal team dismisses claims

Anthony Bourbon’s lawyers, Romain Verzeni and Marie Robin, describe the complaints as a "smokescreen" and state that their client is "indifferent" to Hakim Benotmane. They argue that Bourbon’s warnings in October 2025 were justified and that the AMF’s listing of Benotmane confirms this.

Hakisition challenges AMF listing

Hakim Benotmane’s investor club, Hakisition, has asked the AMF for the reasons behind its listing but has received no response. The club’s lawyer, Tristan Simon, claims the listing is "devoid of any basis" and criticizes the lack of communication from the AMF.

AVI collective files fraud complaint

In April, the AVI collective filed a collective complaint on behalf of about sixty members of Hakisition, accusing the club of "fraud, deception, and breach of trust." The Benotmane camp alleges that AVI misused members’ data for "illegal prospecting," a claim AVI denies.

Benotmane banned from managing in France

Hakim Benotmane is currently banned from managing investments in France due to a 2023 court decision citing "embezzlement, concealment of assets, or fraudulent increase of liabilities." This ban has added to the legal pressure surrounding his activities.

Bourbon seeks identification data

Anthony Bourbon’s legal team has requested Meta and Google to provide identification data for social media accounts involved in a "cyberbullying plan." This request followed a December 2025 complaint against Benotmane and those behind the accounts.

Lawsuit over misleading claims

In early 2027, Anthony Bourbon filed a lawsuit against Hakim Benotmane before the Paris Economic Activities Court, accusing him of "deceptive commercial practice." The lawsuit centers on a social media post that claimed Hakisition was the top investment club for French speakers, surpassing Bourbon’s Blast club.

Hakisition defends against the lawsuit

Laetitia Rebouh, head of Hakisition, insists the club will defend itself against the lawsuit, noting that it mentions the AMF listing, which occurred just two days before the lawsuit was filed. She views this as a surprising and potentially strategic move by Bourbon’s legal team.
