The Asus Zenbook A14 is a lightweight laptop that weighs just 990 grams, making it easy to carry around. It is currently being sold on Asus's official website for 1,499.99 euros, which is a discount from its original price of 1,999.99 euros. This model includes a 14-inch WUXGA OLED display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels and a 60 Hz refresh rate. Inside, it is powered by a Snapdragon X2 Elite processor, which features 18 CPU cores and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU that can reach up to 80 TOPS. It also includes 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, a 1 TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD, and a 70 Wh battery that Asus claims can last more than 30 hours on a single charge. The Asus Zenbook A14 has a chassis made from a special material called ceramaluminum, which Asus developed to combine the strength of aluminum with the properties of ceramics. The laptop is only 1.59 cm thick at its thickest point, making it one of the slimmest in its category. In terms of connectivity, it offers a range of ports, including USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, two USB-C 4.0 Gen 3 ports, a full-size HDMI 2.1 port, and a combo jack port. It also supports the latest Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 technologies, which promise faster wireless connections and better performance. During testing, the screen's maximum brightness was measured at 403 cd/m², which is considered adequate but not exceptional for a high-end display. The laptop’s current price is just under 1,500 euros, but the promotional offer may not last long. Potential buyers should be aware that this discounted price might not be available indefinitely, so they may want to consider purchasing it sooner rather than later.
