Price reduction for Google Pixel 11

Amazon has reduced the price of the new Google Pixel 11 by 180 euros, bringing its cost from 999 euros to 819 euros. This price cut comes despite the Pixel 11 being launched at a 100 euro increase over the previous model, the Pixel 10.

Enhanced camera features

The device retains the 5x telephoto lens from the previous version but adds a new 30x digital zoom, which may be useful for capturing details at medium distances. The Pixel 11 features a large photo bar on the back, a design element that has become a hallmark of the Pixel series.

AI integration

The device also includes multiple AI features, such as a photo editing tool and real-time conversation translation. Google continues to emphasize its photography capabilities, with a 48 Mpx wide-angle sensor and good color reproduction, particularly in daylight conditions.

Battery and performance

The device has an improved battery life, lasting nearly 18 hours on a single charge and supporting wireless charging. However, some limitations remain. The Google Tensor G6 processor, while capable of running demanding applications and games, includes a throttling mechanism to prevent overheating, which can limit performance during gaming.

Design and display

Additionally, the design of the front facade has thick borders, which some may find outdated for 2026. The 6.3-inch OLED screen has a peak brightness of 3,000 nits but lacks the thin borders that many other manufacturers have adopted.
