The Bose SoundLink Plus, a portable Bluetooth speaker, is now available at a reduced price of 164.99 euros on Amazon when using the promo code FRPRIME15. This is a significant discount from its original launch price of 279.95 euros. The speaker is designed for durability and offers a balanced sound with clear highs and deep bass, along with up to 20 hours of playback at medium volume. Its compact size—1.5 kg, 23 cm long, and 10 cm high—makes it easy to carry, and it includes a built-in strap for convenience. The Bose SoundLink Plus is IP67 certified, meaning it is dustproof and can withstand being submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes. While the company claims the speaker can float, it is not recommended for use underwater, as it would not function properly when submerged. The device uses an 8 cm speaker for mid and low frequencies, a 2 cm tweeter for high frequencies, and passive radiators to enhance the bass response. This combination delivers a rich, dynamic sound with deep bass and well-defined treble. Despite its strong audio performance, the SoundLink Plus has a maximum volume of 85 decibels (dB) at 1 meter, which is slightly less than the JBL Charge 6, a competing portable speaker. However, Bose emphasizes sound quality and portability over maximum volume. The speaker can be fully charged in under two hours using a 40 W Power Delivery charger, making it convenient for users who need quick recharging during extended use. This discount makes the Bose SoundLink Plus an attractive option for those seeking a durable, high-quality portable speaker at a more affordable price. Its blend of sound performance, portability, and water resistance caters to both casual listeners and outdoor enthusiasts looking for reliable audio on the go.
