Logitech MX Keys S keyboard features

The Logitech MX Keys S keyboard offers quiet typing, automatic backlighting, and the ability to connect to three devices at the same time. It is designed for users who need a comfortable and versatile keyboard for multiple devices.

Promotional price on Amazon

Amazon is offering the Logitech MX Keys S keyboard for 79.99 €, a significant discount from its original price of 129.99 €. This promotional version includes a wrist rest and is available in the AZERTY layout with an integrated numeric keypad.

Typing comfort and design

The keyboard is highlighted for its typing comfort, featuring flat and concave keys that provide quiet and comfortable typing. It also includes Easy-Switch keys that allow users to switch between a professional computer, smartphone, or tablet seamlessly.

Lighting and connectivity options

The keys light up automatically when hands approach and adjust their brightness based on ambient lighting. For connectivity, users can choose between Bluetooth or the included Logi Bolt USB receiver, offering flexibility for different setups.

Battery life and portability

The keyboard has a long battery life, lasting up to ten days with backlighting enabled or five months when turned off. It recharges via USB-C, but its size and weight—43 cm in length and 810 grams—make it less convenient for frequent transport.

Software and customization

On Windows and macOS, the Logi Options+ software allows users to customize shortcuts and automate tasks using Smart Actions. However, some features require this software, which may be a limitation for users who prefer simpler setups.

User suitability and alternatives

The Logitech MX Keys S is ideal for remote workers, writers, and those who use multiple devices. However, users who prefer mechanical keys or more compact designs may find other keyboards better suited to their needs.
