Price drop for SteelSeries keyboard

The SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini Wireless AZERTY keyboard is currently available for 139.99 €, a significant decrease from its previous price of 197.69 €. This discount represents a savings of 57.70 €, or about 29%, and is being offered by Amazon in the French AZERTY version.

Savings compared to recent low

Compared to the lowest price of the last 30 days, which was 147.90 €, the current offer saves an additional 7.91 €, or roughly 5%. This makes the keyboard more affordable than it has been in recent weeks.

Customizable keyboard switches

The keyboard uses magnetic OmniPoint 2.0 switches, which allow users to adjust the actuation distance between 0.1 and 4 mm. This feature enables users to customize how far they need to press a key for it to register, depending on the task or game being played.

Software for key customization

SteelSeries Engine software lets users personalize these settings, including the ability to assign different actions to the same key based on how deeply it is pressed. This can enhance gameplay or typing efficiency depending on the user's preferences.

Compact design and connectivity options

The 60% format of the keyboard reduces desk space usage and allows more room for mouse movement. However, it lacks a numeric keypad and dedicated arrow keys, which are accessible through key combinations. The keyboard supports three connection modes: wireless 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth, and wired USB-C.

Build and lighting features

The keys are made of double-shot PBT, a durable material that resists wear, and the RGB backlighting can be customized individually for each key. These features make the keyboard suitable for users who prioritize compactness and are willing to use key combinations for functions typically found on larger keyboards.
