Roborock has introduced the Saros 20 Flow Complete, a robotic vacuum cleaner designed with a focus on durability and sustainability rather than just high-powered features. Unveiled at the IFA trade show, the device highlights the growing consumer demand for products that last longer and require less frequent replacement. According to the IDC rankings from the second quarter of 2026, Roborock leads the global robotic vacuum cleaner market in both sales volume and revenue. With this strong market position, the company has shifted its focus toward making its products more reliable over time. The Saros 20 Flow Complete includes a self-cleaning brush called SpiraFlow 2.0, which applies 15 Newtons of pressure and rotates at 240 revolutions per minute. It also features 16 pressurized water nozzles, allowing the robot to clean tough stains in a single pass, which helps reduce wear and tear on the device. The robot's double-arc side brushes ensure that it can clean along the edges of rooms completely, and its charging station automatically cleans the mop using hot water at 100°C and dispenses detergent, keeping the cleaning system ready without any manual effort. Despite its emphasis on durability, the Saros 20 Flow Complete still offers high-end performance features. It provides suction power up to 36,000 Pascals, which is strong enough to pick up dust and debris effectively. The robot uses a RetractSense LiDAR system for precise home mapping, and its Reactive AI technology enables it to recognize over 300 types of obstacles, allowing it to navigate around them even in low light. Its ultra-thin design of 8.98 cm lets it fit under low furniture, and the AdaptiLift Traverse 3.0 system helps it cross double thresholds up to 8.8 cm high. According to the eighth edition of Fnac-Darty's SAV barometer, which measures product reliability based on actual after-sales service data, Roborock is now the most durable brand in the robotic vacuum cleaner category. This ranking is based on real repair data rather than marketing claims, underscoring the value of long-lasting products. The Saros 20 Flow Complete is now available for purchase at a price of 1,299€.
