Alienware Pro Headset on sale at reduced price

The Alienware Pro Headset is currently available on Amazon for 169.20 €, representing a decrease of approximately 33% compared to the usual price, according to a report by Rick (@lesnums_bonplan). The headset is described as a versatile and ambitious gaming headset with features such as active noise reduction, marathon battery life, and graphene drivers.

Features and drawbacks of the headset

It has strengths including very detailed and precise sound, good noise isolation, triple connectivity options (low latency, Bluetooth, USB), marathon battery life, and good comfort. However, it also has weaknesses such as an imbalanced audio signature, a microphone with less natural capture, and a rigid structure that is non-foldable with fixed arms.

Price reduction calculation method

The report also mentions that the price decrease is calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices practiced by all merchants for the product last month, with safety rules to exclude prices from stores with unclear VAT policies, typically referred to as "gray" stores, often associated with imports from China.

HyperX Cloud III S Wireless improvements

In a separate analysis, the HyperX Cloud III S Wireless is noted as not being the ultimate gaming headset but offering a significant improvement over the previous model, the HyperX Cloud III Wireless. The new model is said to optimize some elements and integrate an active noise reduction system, enhancing the overall experience and potentially making more expensive products obsolete.
