Bus line schedules change in Rambouillet

Starting on Monday, November 2, 2026, four bus lines—5301, 5302, 5303, and 5304—will have updated schedules in the Rambouillet area of the Yvelines department. The new schedules, released by Île-de-France Mobilités on October 29, include changes to routes serving Rambouillet station, the local hospital, Racinay college, and neighborhoods near Gazeran. The schedules apply from November 2, 2026, to July 4, 2027, and differentiate between weekday, Saturday, and, when applicable, Sunday and public holiday services.

Line 5301 connects multiple areas

Line 5301 links the Rouget-de-Lisle area, Rambouillet station, and Groussay, with some extended services to the National Pasture. It stops at locations such as Louvière, Pasteur, and the hospital. On weekdays, a bus departs from Rouget-de-Lisle at 5:24, arrives at the station at 5:42, and reaches Groussay at 5:52.

Line 5303 serves educational and residential areas

Line 5303 connects the Mansart area to Racinay college through Rambouillet station. On weekdays, it departs Mansart at 5:37, stops at the station at 5:54, and arrives at the college at 6:04. The line also serves areas near Étang de la Tour, Sainte-Bernadette, and Arbouville, but it does not operate on Sundays or public holidays.

Line 5302 links Rambouillet to Gazeran

Line 5302 connects the Clairbois neighborhood of Rambouillet to Gazeran, with a stop at Marcel-Dassault terminus via Rambouillet station and several stops in the Pâtis area. On weekdays, a bus departs Clairbois at 5:37, stops at the station at 5:55, and arrives at Marcel-Dassault at 6:03. It also does not operate on Sundays or public holidays.

Line 5304 operates on weekdays and Sundays

Line 5304 runs between Groussay, Rambouillet station, and Gazeran. On weekdays, one of its departures from Groussay is scheduled for 5:55, with a stop at the station at 6:07 and arrival at the Bernard-Bataille terminus at 6:22. The schedule also includes Sunday service, with trips to Gazeran extending up to Marcel-Dassault. The specific times vary depending on the day and the chosen route.

New tools help travelers plan trips

The updated schedules allow passengers to check bus times stop by stop and in both directions. They are especially important for travelers heading to Rambouillet station, as departure times listed at the start of a route do not match the time the bus arrives at the station. Using the schedule for each direction helps avoid confusion between trips to Gazeran and return journeys to Rambouillet.

QR codes and apps provide real-time updates

Île-de-France Mobilités has introduced QR codes at the stops for these lines, allowing travelers to check real-time updates on their smartphones. Users can also access schedules and circulation information through the Île-de-France Mobilités app and sign up for alerts related to their specific line. These tools support the official schedules, which remain the primary reference for trip planning starting November 2.
