At IFA 2026, Dreame, a Chinese tech company, unveiled a range of new products, including the Aqua20 Pro Ultra Roller X Complete, a robot vacuum cleaner featuring a central steam source that reaches 180°C. This device is being called the centerpiece of the company’s IFA presentation, as Dreame claims it is the first robot vacuum in the world to integrate such high-temperature steam technology. The product also holds the record for the longest product name at the fair, showcasing the brand’s focus on innovation and detail. The Aqua20 Pro Ultra Roller X Complete uses high-power steam generated in seconds and distributed through four outlets. The steam is designed to loosen tough dry stains before a roller mop can clean them, with Dreame stating the system eliminates 99.999% of bacteria. The device also features a powerful suction of 40,000 Pa, a double anti-entanglement HyperStream 2.0 brush, and the MopExtend technology, which allows the mop to extend up to 8 cm, making cleaning corners and edges more efficient. The OmniSight 4.0 system helps the robot recognize over 320 objects and detect obstacles as small as 10 mm, reacting in just 0.1 seconds. Dreame also introduced the A4 AWD Pro series of robotic lawnmowers, designed for challenging terrains that many other robots avoid. These machines use four high-torque wheel motors for all-wheel drive, enabling them to climb slopes up to 42 degrees and cross obstacles up to 7 cm. The A4 AWD Pro series comes in two variants, covering lawns up to 3,500 m² and 5,000 m². The lawnmowers include a 40 cm double-disc cutting system with 12 blades and an advanced OmniSense 4.0 system for navigation and obstacle detection. The 324 Wh battery and IPX6 certification allow for efficient and weather-resistant operation. In addition to the robot vacuums and lawnmowers, Dreame launched the LEAPTIC Cube, a lightweight mini-camera aimed at content creators who prefer not to carry heavy equipment. The company also expanded its European distribution of the T Series of robot vacuum cleaners, which were previously available in Asia. The Aqua20 Pro Ultra Roller X Complete is set to be sold in France at 1,499 euros, with a limited-time discount reducing the price to 1,199 euros. The product will be available through various online and retail platforms, though a specific release date has not yet been announced.
