SADP appoints new general manager

The Société Agence de Distribution de la Presse (SADP) has appointed Vincent Marouzé as its new general manager. This decision was made by the SADP board of directors on October 15, following a governance audit that emphasized the need to strengthen the company's operational direction.

New role focuses on strategic implementation

In his new role, Mr. Marouzé will be responsible for implementing the strategic directions set by the SADP board of directors. He will work closely with the new president of SADP, Philippe Seban, while continuing to manage logistics and supply chain operations.

MLP cooperative restructures governance

The reorganization also affects the governance structure of the parent cooperative, Messageries Lyonnaises de Presse (MLP). Previously, the general manager of MLP oversaw the steering and coordination of SADP's functions.

MLP general manager position eliminated

The MLP cooperative's board of directors has decided to eliminate the position of general manager. As a result, Jean-Marie Montel ceased to serve in that role on October 21, transferring his responsibilities directly to SADP.
