Dreo has introduced a new air purifier called the 530S, which is currently available with a 25 € discount on Amazon. Priced at 114.99 € with a coupon and the code FRPRIME15 for Amazon Prime subscribers, the device is designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It has a compact, modern look that resembles a 1970s or 1980s-style lamp with ambient lighting. Standing 39 cm tall and with a width and depth of 23.8 cm, it is suitable for use in a bedroom, office, or small living room. The 530S features an air flow capacity of 221 m³/h, which means it can process nearly five times the air volume in a 19 m² room every hour. It draws air from all directions through its elevated base and circulates it around the device. Inside, three layers of filtration work together: a removable FiberCatch pre-filter captures hair, lint, and large dust particles; a HEPA filter claims to capture 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 micrometers; and 130 g of activated carbon helps reduce odors from sources such as the kitchen or pets. The 530S includes a sensor that measures PM2.5 particle concentration—tiny particles found in air pollution—and automatically adjusts the ventilation based on the detected level. A light ring around the device changes color to indicate the current air quality, using four different colors. An accompanying app allows users to view air quality measurements, set schedules, and control the device remotely. The purifier is also compatible with voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home. Looking ahead, Dreo plans to integrate the 530S into a broader ecosystem of smart devices through its upcoming Air Intelligence system, which will be powered by artificial intelligence. This system aims to allow air purifiers, heaters, and other home devices to work together based on real-time conditions within the home. The launch of the Air Intelligence system is expected to take place next year.
