Google has expanded the capabilities of its Gemini AI assistant by adding 14 new connectors to its application catalog, as announced in a post on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. These new tools are grouped into three categories: Productivity, Creation, and Daily Life. The availability of these applications varies by region and language. In France, only Adobe, monday.com, and Wispr AI are available, and they are offered in English only. The new productivity tools include platforms like Airtable, Linear, monday.com, PandaDoc, Wispr AI, and Zoho, which are designed to help users manage projects, organize databases, or dictate notes. Creation tools such as Adobe, Picsart, Squarespace, and Webflow allow users to design visuals or build websites. For daily life, the additions include Apartments.com for real estate searches, Experian for tracking credit scores, Peloton for workout planning, and SeatGeek for purchasing event tickets. Gemini, which was already integrated into Google services like Gmail and Drive, as well as some third-party tools like Canva, Spotify, and GitHub, is now expanding further into professional applications. Adobe confirmed its integration with Gemini in a blog post the following day, allowing users to access features from Photoshop, Lightroom, Express, and Firefly through the AI assistant. Adobe described this as an initial step and promised more tools in the future. This makes Gemini the latest assistant to support Adobe, following others like ChatGPT, Claude, Slack, and Copilot. Adobe also expanded its plugin for Claude, launched in late April, to include Acrobat tools for managing PDFs and an interactive editor for modifying designs. Most of the new applications are currently available only to users in the United States and in English. Platforms like Airtable, Linear, PandaDoc, Picsart, Squarespace, Webflow, Experian, Peloton, SeatGeek, and Apartments.com are restricted to U.S. users. Zoho applications are limited to India, while in France, only monday.com and Wispr AI are available in English. Adobe, however, claims its integration is available worldwide across all Gemini plans, requiring only a free Adobe account. Again, English is the only supported language. To activate these new applications, users need to ensure the "Keep Activity" setting is enabled in Gemini's settings. Without this, connected applications won't appear on the web or iOS app. On gemini.google.com, users can open the settings and navigate to the "Connected Applications" section. If it's not visible, it can be found under the "Personal Intelligence" menu. Users can enable the checkbox for the desired application and log in to the relevant service account. Alternatively, users can activate the application directly through the chat by typing the command @ followed by the application name or by asking Gemini to use a service. If the application isn't connected, Gemini will offer to link it.
