Event highlights the region's pastry culture

The fair, now a major event in the commune, showcases the region’s rich culinary heritage through over 40 exhibitors, including chocolate makers, pastry chefs, and winemakers from the Gard. These artisans highlight the area’s dedication to quality and tradition in their craft.

Fanny Mahou becomes event godmother

Fanny Mahou, a finalist on Meilleur Pâtissier on M6, will serve as the event's godmother, promoting family-friendly pastry experiences. Her book Pâtissez avec vos enfants ! 35 pâtisseries à réaliser avec vos petits chefs encourages parents and children to create desserts together.

Workshops and live demonstrations

On Saturday and Sunday, Mahou will host parent-child pastry workshops and live demonstrations, requiring prior registration. Due to limited spots, attendees are encouraged to register early for these interactive sessions.

Live chocolate performances

On Saturday, November 14, Gérard Cabiron, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, will perform a live chocolate show called "Coup de Cœur Cabiron." The following day, Bernard Manguin will create an artistic chocolate piece, which will be auctioned off, offering a unique opportunity to own a gourmet artwork.

Educational and interactive activities

Throughout the weekend, local restaurateurs will prepare recipes live, and visitors can participate in educational tours, tastings, and pairings. A "Trip to Madagascar" event by the gourmet shop Sun&Green will also take place on Saturday evening, offering a unique culinary experience.
